Hien Le and Kiem Lam’s professional journey began in 2017 when Kiem hired Le to undertake a nail salon build-out in Brookline. This initial project was not just a job; it marked the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between the two. The salon quickly gained recognition for its innovative design and inviting atmosphere, serving as a source of inspiration for numerous other salons throughout the Greater Boston Area.

Due to the success of the Brookline location, Kiem took on the role of consultant for various subsequent salon projects, leveraging the insights and expertise gained from the initial build-out. While Hien experienced significant success in nail salon build-outs, his primary focus was on residential projects, and Kiem worked with Le on numerous residential projects, further strengthening their working relationship.

Now, building on their shared experiences and mutual respect, Hien and Kiem have decided to become partners in a new venture. This exciting new chapter allows them to combine their talents and vision, drawing upon their previous successes to create something truly remarkable in the design and construction industry.
